Genetic breakthroughs in treating ovarian cancer
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women. Although the exact cause is unknown, a family history increases a person’s risk of developing the cancer.
Approximately 5-15 per cent of ovarian cancers are caused by an inherited faulty gene.
In this seminar, two leading experts will discussed their research into the treatment of ovarian cancer.
